Sitara began with two recipe notebooks carried across an ocean and a stubborn belief that Indian food deserves a proper dining room. Our masalas are ground in-house every morning; the tandoor is lit before the sun. What arrives at your table is unmistakably Indian — plated with the confidence of the country it now calls home.
The dal sits on low heat for a full day before it reaches you. Nineteen spices are ground each morning. The tandoor runs at 480°C and is never quite off.
